After much soul searching, Dave and I have divorced and have put our beautiful home on the market so that we each may set course for new beginnings.
I am now living in a small casita in Ruidoso to be near my 86-year-old father, Bob and his wife Marci. I work in our home office with Dave and we jointly care for our sweet dogs Osa and Faye and kitty, Stitch. Dave and I are both determined to treat each other with respect, compassion and the integrity that our eighteen-year marriage deserves. Our lovely home and the adjoining land is on the market. For now, Dave is living in the house.
Please wish us both “good luck” as we chart our own courses. Dave has been among the fortunate travel writers in these times to still have excellent writing/photo assignments which he thankfully still enjoys producing. My course is more fluid. I plan on being a gypsy in the coming months…(don’t be surprised if I show up on a couch near you) as I continue to follow my instincts and pursue various photo projects. To borrow a phrase from my dear friend, Lisl Dennis, I am “re-forming the vessel of my own life.”
